The electrical items on our equipment can be individually wired directly into your mains supplies. However, on larger plant  where there are lots of electrical items this can be time consuming and not as practical to operate.

We offer Control Panels for the electrical items to be wired into, which means only one connection to your mains electrical supply is required. It also gives you a dedicated control system to operate the electrical equipment from, allowing you to alter heater temperatures with ease, turn equipment on and off, set timers, be given a warning alarm if there is a fault.

For customers looking for an automated approach, we can offer PLC screens within the main panel to offer dedicated programming of your process, and pre set parameters  so that you ensure repeatability and less risk of human error. We use quality brands such as Mitsubishi and Siemens.

Our Fume Scrubbers and Effluents Treatment Plant also have their own dedicated control panels to operate the equipment.
